Today, Pathfinder Capital is sharing some of our favorite (FREE) tools that help us successfully navigate the crypto space. While it's not a comprehensive list by any means, we've tried to include the tools with the highest signal-to-noise ratio, all of which are tools in our daily (or at least weekly) rotation.
SUMMARIES OF THE VARIOUS TOOLS CAN BE FOUND BELOW

Dune Analytics offers one of the best and most intuitive on-chain analytics platforms for both technical and non-technical investors. Crypto companies will sometimes create dashboards specific to their protocol via Dune, and these dashboards can be a useful tool to gain some additional insight into a potential investments.
One of our favorite dashboards in Dune is DEX metrics, and although it doesn't give completely comprehensive data on DEXes, it fills in a big piece of the puzzle.
DexScreener, tackles the long-tail universe of crypto assets, supporting price charts for nearly all cryptos on any major blockchains. If you’re looking to track price data on a recently launched microcap, DexScreener is the way to go.
Great orderbook visualizations to help you understand the volume/magnitude/quantity of buys taking place on the various chains.
TAXES ARE A NIGHTMARE (currently) and Tax Day is right around the corner, but tools like Koinly are extremely simple to use and could provide last-minute help to those that need it. Plug in your Coinbase, Binance, and Ethereum Address info (they’ll never need your password/seed phrase) and it’ll spit out the total capital gain/loss that you’ll be taxed on.
Coindix is a tool for yield farmers, showing users dashboards of interest rates and yield farms all in a single place. Whether you’re looking for super-high-yield degen ponzi farms or you just want some strong yields on your stablecoins, Coindix can point you in the right direction.
For anyone with a sub-7-figure net worth trying to trade on Ethereum, it can be incredibly expensive to swap tokens back and forth. So to save money, Cowswap is our go-to platform for trading ERC-20 tokens on the main Ethereum network:
It’s a DEX aggregator, meaning it will find the best price of any token on Ethereum
Trades are MEV-protected, meaning you can’t get ‘sandwich attacked’
It routes trades for you, so you can trade any ERC-20 token to any other ERC-20 token.
TradingView is a price chart and technical analysis platform that allows you to track historical token price, compare charts, and view asset performance all in a simple dashboard.
Debank ( we also love Zapper.fi and ApeBoard) is a wallet tracking app that makes it easy to monitor your own assets as well as the movements of whales and smart money to gain an edge in the trading space.
CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap are the most basic tools to access coin prices, charts, and market cap of crypto currencies. While they essentially provide the same functionality, we tend to see CoinGecko have more accurate token supply information.
DeFi Llama is a DeFi dashboard that helps you explore the universe of DeFi not by token price, but by a whole host of secondary metrics from TVL to market cap.
L2Beat gives a quick glimpse into the current landscape of layer 2’s by showing total market share, 7-day change, and a whole host of other on-chain-backed metrics.
